MyGenie AI — Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MyGenie AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MyGenie AI is a personal AI productivity assistant that helps users manage tasks, reminders, calendar events, goals, bills, health logs, shopping lists, family information, and travel plans. The App includes an AI assistant powered by large language models.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the App.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You may not share your account or use another person's account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use MyGenie AI.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

MyGenie AI offers optional premium subscriptions on a monthly or annual basis.
Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store for iOS users.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store settings.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, MyGenie AI will request permission to create and update calendar events on your behalf using your Google account. We will only create or modify events that you explicitly authorize through the MyGenie AI interface. We do not read, delete, or modify Google Calendar events that were not created by MyGenie AI. You may disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the Settings page.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you enter into the App.
By using the App, you grant MyGenie AI a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the service.
You must not enter content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

7. AI Assistant

The AI assistant generates responses based on your inputs and general knowledge. Responses are not professional medical, legal, or financial advice. MyGenie AI makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyGenie AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyGenie AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data stored within the App will be permanently removed. Data that has been exported to Google Calendar will remain in your Google Calendar unless you remove it manually.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
